Education has been significantly transformed by the internet. People have examined how the rise of online communication has offered the way students are taught and academic research is conducted as well as its use in school administration and other education oriented functions.

The project’s knowledge about educational issues and the internet is gathered through public opinion polling, online surveys and other research methods.

Today the Internet plays an important role in the teaching, research and learning process. Students feel more dependent on the internet for their class assignments and for the latest information of their subject areas than conventional resources of information. While teachers also feel a bit handicapped in updating their knowledge base quickly without using the internet for their research and classroom teaching activities.
There are various places that the Internet is being used in the educational sector which includes: Classroom, library, research work, administrative department, the school health care center.

However, the library produces equal access to extensive and relevant resources that meet the educational, cultural, business and recreational interest of the public. In the library, no library card is required. It is a place where research is being carried out and students also used for their research project work.

Illegal activities are any other activities or any other activities that are intended to interfere with or disrupt network users, services or equipment are prohibited. It reserves the right to adjust or limit functions within a specific softwares program or equipment setup in order to prevent service disruptions.
More so, school administrative department are now using internet to access students record. They also use internet to provide technical assistance to the school. It is through the use of internet that the administration department sees to the growth of the school by organizing, planning and also run the activities of the school. They sees to the recording of the students result in the internet.                                                 Furthermore, internet have been used by the students to communicate, create their e-mail addresses, create blogs, chat with friends and even register their courses online and also check their result. Ten years ago people read books on paper. Nobody had heard of e-book, and nobody owned kindles. A lot of school activities nowadays is done on the internet. Jamb is register online and a lot of people prefer going online so as to aid some stressful work and also prevent missing of document in the course of processing it manually. Finally, internet has turned the educational sector into a digital world, where everybody will not like to get access through the manual world. The students, teachers, lecturers and even the primary school children are surfing  the net for information or the other. The patients are now examine through the use of internet. it aids in carrying out laboratory test which will give a good result. Educational material at all levels from pre-school to post –doctoral is available from website. it helps to access to top-end scholarly literature through the likes of google scholar. For distance education, help with homework and other assignments, self guided learning, whirling away spare time or just looking up more detail on an interesting fact, it has never been easier for people to access educational information at any level from anyway. The internet in general and the world wide in particular are important enablers of both formal and informal education.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Entertainment sector                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     In the entertainment industry, the undergoing of transformation is the paramount. In the, there was no social media. The internet was a giant search engine.                                                                                                                                                There was no website where people could interact with friends obtained information through face book, blog ,twitter ,myspace etc but now, people interact, chat, share feeling ,share problems and solution with friends through the help of internet and also play games.
However, internet has become one avenue where people watch films online, download music, and games of their choosing.
In the music industry, nobody wants to buy the original copy nowadays because they have access to free downloading in the intent. They are doing so because there is no digital market for the sales of artists work with tangible something yet.
The music industry has moved from magnetic tapes (audio cassettes) to digital music to mp3 players to phones with loads of music with the help of the internet.
Overall the entertainment industry is growing rapidly and has been doing so consistently over the last 10 to 15 years (Masnick 2007:15) which is the period.
People however uses the internet to play games. They are not only playing during their leisure hour but also play as part of their fun and some even play as a profession to earn a living.
People who struggle in customary social situation find comfort in the game environment. Games provide people a source of quick enjoyment as well as a good source of money for investors.
Finally, phones, laptops, ipod etc are now used to watch movie. Even in cars people are using to watch films and listen to music everywhere they go. The internet has digitally transformed the world in so many ways and in the next 10 years, the world will be operating digitally without manual ages.

Malaria Maternal Infant Mortality in Nigeria

Malaria is a disease caused by  mosquito parasite which has caused so many  deaths to both pregnant women and the babies. malaria during pregnancies is a recognized risk factor for low birth weight and probably decreases the survival of offspring, particularly during their first month of life. on the other hand, acquired maternal immunity may protect infants against malaria infection or disease.

The disease kills mothers while giving birth to a child and the  child will also follow the mother to the grave. of a teenager who contacts HIV simply because she is ignorant about how it is spread; of a teacher who misses an entire school year because of a mosquito bite and lack of agony spaining medicine.

One in five Nigerian Children dies before the age of five, approximately 1,000,000 total each year. A child dies of malaria in Africa every 29 seconds. In Nigeria, 80% of the population is exposed to the disease and 60 million individuals experience a malaria attack at least twice in a year. The Nigerian economy loses an estimated 1 billion each year due to malaria related absenteeism. and treatment cost.

though malaria is both easily preventable and treatable, 300,000 Nigerian children and 7,000 mothers die annually from the disease. malaria accounts for 25% of Nigeria's staggering high infant mortality rate. 30% of its child mortality rate (children less than 5 years of age) and 11% of its maternal mortality rate.

though malaria accounts for 63% of all reported disease in Nigeria health facilities less than 1% of the total population uses insecticide-treated bed net.

Inadequate health care infrastructure and low inadequate healthcare expenditure are the major thing that is affecting Nigerians in general especially Anambra State in particular suffers from woefully inadequate healthcare infrastructure. according to a 2007 report by the World Heath Organization (WHO) Nigeria's health system ranks 187 out of 190 countries.

Our privately funded hospitals is needed to help compensate for pitifully low federal healthcare expenditure. per capita public spending for health in Nigeria is less than $5 and is as low as $2.

malaria is considered one of the major causes of maternal and infant mortality worldwide hence the huge investment of MDGs in the Nigeria's malaria control programme.

Midwifery services scheme - The Federal Government of Nigeria under the 2009 Federal Appropriation Act established the midwives service scheme of 2,488 midwives were deployed to 652 primary health care facilities in rural areas to ensure increased coverage of skilled attendance at births at all times so as to facilitate reduction in maternal, newborn and child morbidity and mortality. The Polio eradication campaign is ongoing with significant reduction of polio detected cases from 286 in 2009 to only 3 in 2010.

Mary Onyeali Omagbemi's Story

She was born on February 3, 1968 as a Nigerian spinster who won the bronze medal in 4x100 meters relay in women's athletics. she is from Anambra State. she won the bronze medal at the 1992 summer Olympic and in 200 meters at the 1996 summer Olympics she also won the 1994 commonwealth games. she was the former African queen of the track from the grass root.

She performed especially well in the all African Games, winning a total of 7 individual medal in the short sprints. she won 100 meters in 1991, 1995 and 2003 and took a bronze medal in 1987. gold medal in 200 meters were taken in 1987, 1995 and 2003.

Mary Onyeali she took the name Omagbemi when marring Victor Omagbemi. she is very inspirational for many people.

her conservative Olympic appearance from 1988 to 2004 made her the first Nigerian to compete at five Olympics. this feat was equaled by table tennis players.

Mary Onyeali has truly made a name for herself in the track and field world. establishing several prestigious marks on the way. popularly called the queen of Nigerian sprints. her father passed away when she was a young child and her mother was left to raise her and younger siblings, a sister and two brothers. As the oldest of four children much of the responsibility of child raising fell strongly upon Mary. Her mother constantly emphasized the importance of their education and to her everything else was just extracurricular. The social norm for a female in Nigeria was everything but being an athlete. a woman was to go to school and eventually work and focus on marriage and raising a family.  Mary was all but interested in this philosophy. she did not want to succumb to the pressure of marrying and having children. her traits of self win and stubbornness found her going against the social norm. getting involved in the sports of track and field was mere coincidence for Mary.

Mary started her athlete activities right from elementary school to higher school where she became the captain in some of the sports activities.

She represented Nigeria in various countries like Ghana, Cairo -Egypt, Athens, Greece etc and she was not left out of winning during these period. she also had a coach in the person of Mr. Tobids Igwe who was the founder mentalist of her career.

Mary did not stop her education career at the secondary  school level, she further her studies at Texas Southern University in 1985 and graduated in 1990. presently she is one of the ten Ministerial nominee by the president Johnathan's administration.
